Hello! Just a quick FYI. The Describers will be performing in Covenant Fellowship Church’s annual Christmas Concert on December 10 and 11 at 6:30PM. It’ll be a lot of fun! So for kicks, I thought I’d post a version of the song I performed at last years concert. Enjoy!

I’d like to thank folks once again for coming out to my show at Gryphon Cafe in Wayne on March 5. As a special treat, I uploaded a track from the show. Its called “Sometimes a Light Surprises”, based off a hymn by William Cowper (of course). Fair warning, its raw and sometimes off-key.

Towards the end of December last year, I recorded this rough version of “Hark My Soul”, which would take a different form on For Cowper. In some respects I prefer this version to the other, but this recording is not of the best quality…and both the guitars and vocals are a bit sloppy. Also…its loud (or at least its supposed to be). In any case, I hope you enjoy it!
